But then again it can provide a much more satisfying workout experience. The running belt is being operated by a self-powered motor that is situated beneath your feet. The trifecta of walking, jogging, and running is allowed since the speed of the machine can be adjusted. In this type make sure you warm-up properly before going to higher speeds.
